Adina V is an indie-folk/rock artist and award-winning songwriter who writes from the heart, dissecting and showcasing intimate feelings with the goal of tugging on her listeners’ heartstrings. A recent graduate of Humber College’s Bachelor of Music program, she is well versed in and draws inspiration from a plethora of genres including jazz, musical theatre, pop, and even punk! With a sound inspired by the likes of Phoebe Bridgers, Taylor Swift, Pinegrove, and Alvvays, Adina’s music ranges from catchy indie-rock bangers to introspective acoustic ballads. In all her writing you can hear a straight up, conversational lyric style as her voice floats over artfully curated chord progressions singing about love, longing, and being a young adult in today’s day and age. She has an EP as well as three singles released on all streaming platforms. Alongside her music career, Adina also writes poetry and enjoys photography.
